Perform other related duties as assigned. Regular attendance and punctual for scheduled shift. Understand and comply with all company policies. Adhere to uniform and PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) guidelines. General housekeeping of truck and trailer. Prune or trim trees, shrubs or hedges, using shears or pruners. Also, ensures that the job is completed in the most time-efficient. Ensure company equipment is operated and maintained properly, including but not limited to initiating any action needed to remedy malfunctioning or unsafe equipment or report any issues to foreman Duties Spread top soil lay sod plant flowers, grass, shrubs and trees and perform other duties to help with the construction of a landscape and related. Important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Conduct field inspections of landscaped areas evaluate field. Plans and organizes the job, ensuring that sufficient resources and materials are available. Perform work requiring the use of hand tools, power tools, spray packs and mowing equipment to complete assigned tasks. 
Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning sheers, loppers, hedge trimmers, and other landscape maintenance equipment as needed.Maintain customer’s landscapes including lawns and beds per foremans/leads guidance.

Valid driver license is required for employment.1 year of landscape maintenance experience.Ability to work effectively with strong, diverse personalities.Ability to communicate effectively with others.Basic knowledge and skills with hand and power equipment used in basic landscape maintenance (mowers, string trimmers, pruners, etc).General knowledge of landscape maintenance.This position is based out of East Vancouver Washington (Orchards), with work throughout Clark County. This is an entry level position for residential landscape maintenance daily tasks are mowing, trimming, edging and weeding customer’s yards and flower beds.
